One of the objectives of the Cancer Survival Trust is to raise the awareness about cancer in Zimbabwe. Prevention and early diagnosis are the thrust of the awareness or education programmes. We have started awareness sessions in public primary and secondary schools in Harare. We have produced a magazine titled 'Stand Up To Cancer', which clears myths and misconceptions about cancer.
